No Fear of Failure

    We chase picture-perfect Christmas moments, but the pressure to be flawless often exposes our fear, anxiety, and sense of falling short. On the mountain of Transfiguration, the disciples felt that same fear until Jesus touched them and said, “Rise, and have no fear.” This message reminds us that Christmas isn’t about our perfection but about Emmanuel—God with us in our mess. Jesus meets us in our failures, carries them to the cross, and sends us out with His name to bring courage and compassion to a hurting world.

    No Fear of Future

      As Advent begins, we often feel the weight of worry—busy schedules, family pressures, and all the uncertainties the season brings. But Scripture invites us to face the future not with fear, but with trust. Psalm 112 reminds us that the righteous are not afraid of bad news, and Psalm 111 shows us why: we look forward by first looking back. This message explores how remembering God’s past faithfulness—His deliverance, His promises fulfilled in Jesus’ birth, death, and resurrection—reshapes our present anxieties. In Advent, our preparations aren’t driven by fear but anchored in the God who has come, who is with us, and who will come again.

      In Your Kingdom, Remember Me

        On this final Sunday of the church year, we’re reminded that while the world measures time by calendars, the church measures time by the story of Jesus. As we stand between endings and beginnings, our focus returns to the lasting hope found in the cross—where God’s love is revealed and our lives are transformed. United with believers around the world, we remember that Jesus entered into suffering for us, offering forgiveness, mercy, and the promise of paradise. Our scars do not disqualify us; they testify to His grace. At the cross, we are loved, forgiven, and sent out to share His hope with a world longing for good news.

        Signs of the End

          As Jesus prepares His disciples for the end of the age, He reminds them—and us—that even the most impressive things in this world are temporary. When life feels chaotic, broken, or uncertain, Jesus calls us not to fear but to lift our heads in hope. God is at work even in loss, bringing new life from what seems to have fallen apart. Just as the destruction of the temple led to the spread of the gospel, God continues to use our disappointments and endings for His greater purposes. Our lives are secure in Christ, who has overcome sin and death. In Him, every sign of brokenness becomes a reminder that our redemption is drawing near.

          Living a 3-Dimensional Faith Life

            Life in this world is marked by brokenness, loss, and the ever-present reality of death. Yet, in the midst of all that is falling apart, God calls us to a life that is rooted in what truly lasts. We are invited to live a “three-dimensional” life—upward in relationship with God, inward in relationship with one another, and outward in love and service to the world.
