The Shepherd’s Flock
Early Learning Center Staff:
The Shepherd’s Flock ELC teachers have college
degrees, most in Elementary or Early Education; many have taught in
the public school system at some point in their teaching
careers and all have longevity at the Shepherd’s Flock. They
average 17 years teaching experience. Our highly-trained, enthusiastic and committed staff are a
tremendous blessing and our greatest asset, which we are
pleased to offer to your service. They are dedicated
to the importance of early education and give of their time
and talents ‘above and beyond’ because of this passion for
teaching young children.

DIRECTOR

Diane Hensley
graduated from University of Northern Iowa with a BS in
Elementary Education and Endorsement in Remedial
Reading. She has six years of teaching experience in the
Public school system, and 7 years experience in teaching
/administration of early education programs. Diane began
subbing for The Shepherd’s Flock in 2004, and became
part-time Assistant Director in 2005. In 2007, she
became Director.
